Cidnet provides multiple ways to communicate with your loved one, depending on the facility.
Receive calls from your loved one directly to your phone. Calls are initiated by the incarcerated individual, and you can choose to accept or block calls at any time.
Schedule and attend video visits from your device. Connect face-to-face from home, or in-person on-site based on availability at the facility.
Send and receive digital messages or share photos with a contact. Stay connected through written communication when available.
