The Video App

Video is designed to modernize how inmates participate in approved visitation, appointments and court appearances. Using wall-mounted devices or tablets, inmates can initiate face-to-face Video CUEs with friends and family. This cuts down on the extra manpower and coordination needed to facilitate traditional in-person visitation processes.
The Mail App
Electronic text and picture messaging Cues between inmates and contacts.
Mail is designed to modernize how inmates communicate with their friends and family via text, letter and picture CUEs. Using wall-mounted devices or tablets, inmates can exchange electronic messages with approved contacts.
Individual messages contain up to 500 characters, and contacts have the option to upload pictures. While implementing electronic messaging drastically reduces incoming postal mail, Cidnet also offers onsite and third-party letter scanning services.
